Upon receipt from customer of 30-50 micrograms of Qiagen-purified DNA for each construct, Genetic Services Inc. will perform the following:

  1. Purify the DNA prior to injections using our in house technique
  2. Provide the helper plasmid for injections
  3. Collect and ship enough larva for 50-100 injected adults, from which our customer typically obtain 10 lines on average, and we guarantee at least 6 transformant lines.

There are no extra charges for lethal DNA.  In fact, we have never had a lethal construct using our purification process.

Customer to indicate if markers are of any kind other than w[+].

Terms of Purchase:

1) Payment terms of 30 days net of invoice.
